1. Platform role
OnWay is intended to provide technology that helps users discover and coordinate shared journeys and selected transport of permitted goods or documents. Unless expressly stated otherwise, OnWay is not the owner or operator of user vehicles and does not guarantee that a specific ride will be available.
2. Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and comply with verification requirements. False identity, forged documents, deceptive listings or misuse of another person’s account may result in restriction or removal.
3. Ride information and matching
Users are responsible for reviewing route, vehicle, timing, capacity, pickup/drop-off points, luggage, service options and pricing before confirming. Matching and ranking may use configurable factors including route overlap, time, detour, membership, vehicle condition and reliability.
4. Pricing and payments
Charges may vary based on configurable platform rules such as distance, time, vehicle type, registration year, vehicle condition/class and selected options. Card and cash payment methods may be supported. Applicable fees, commissions and charges should be disclosed before confirmation where relevant.
5. Conduct
Users must behave lawfully, respectfully and safely. Harassment, threats, discrimination, violence, deliberate damage, fraudulent behavior and prohibited goods are not acceptable.
6. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation, waiting-time, refund and no-show rules may vary by service and may affect charges, membership or account standing. Applicable rules should be shown before confirmation or within the relevant policy.
7. Safety
Users remain responsible for personal judgment and compliance with road, vehicle, insurance, licensing and other applicable laws. Platform verification and ratings can reduce uncertainty but cannot eliminate all risks.
8. Changes to services
Features, membership rules, pricing parameters, eligibility and service availability may change as the platform develops, subject to appropriate notice and legal requirements.
