Passengers should provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger count, timing, luggage and special-request details before confirming.
2. Timeliness
Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup point and communicate promptly if plans change. Late cancellation or no-show rules may apply.
3. Vehicle and route review
Passengers should review the driver, vehicle type, route, pickup/drop-off arrangement, estimated charge and relevant ride conditions before confirming.
4. Exclusive ride option
Where available, a passenger may request that remaining seats are not shared. The additional amount is calculated using the configured exclusive-seat percentage and remaining available seat charges.
5. Respectful conduct
Passengers must respect the driver, vehicle, other passengers, agreed luggage limits and community guidelines.
6. Goods and documents
Users requesting parcel/document transport must provide truthful descriptions, comply with prohibited-goods rules and ensure the sender and recipient can complete required handover verification.
