OnWay Policy

Prohibited Goods Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Illegal items

Any item whose possession, transport, sale or delivery is illegal is prohibited.

2. Dangerous materials

Explosives, highly flammable materials, toxic chemicals, radioactive substances and other dangerous goods are prohibited unless OnWay later creates a lawful specialized service expressly permitting them.

3. Weapons and harmful items

Firearms, ammunition, illegal weapons and items intended to cause harm are prohibited.

4. Drugs and controlled substances

Illegal drugs and unlawfully possessed controlled substances are prohibited. Prescription medicines should only be transported if a future service and applicable rules expressly permit them.

5. High-risk valuables

Cash, negotiable instruments, precious items or other unusually high-value goods may be restricted or require special rules. Users must not misrepresent item value.

6. Living animals and perishable items

Animals, temperature-sensitive goods and perishable items may be restricted unless a future service is specifically designed for them.

7. Undeclared contents

Senders must describe parcels honestly. Drivers may refuse items that differ from the description or appear unsafe.
