1. Driver eligibility
Drivers must meet the age, licence, identity, insurance, vehicle and other requirements configured by OnWay and required by applicable law.
2. Vehicle registration
Drivers may be asked to provide vehicle type/subtype, registration year, plate number, make/model, color, passenger capacity, interior/exterior photos, registration documents, insurance and other required evidence.
3. Document validity
Mandatory documents must remain valid. OnWay may warn about upcoming expiry and may automatically restrict ride listing when required documents expire or become invalid.
4. Ride listings
Drivers must provide accurate route, time, available seats, luggage/cargo capacity, services offered and pickup/drop-off flexibility. Drivers should not interact with the app in a way that distracts from safe driving.
5. Passenger and delivery services
Drivers choose which services they offer. They should not accept passengers, luggage, parcels or documents beyond vehicle capacity, insurance limits, legal requirements or platform rules.
6. Cash rides, fees and payouts
For cash rides, the passenger may pay the driver directly while any OnWay platform fee or commission can be recorded against the driver wallet under the configured settlement model. Net electronic earnings may be paid to a verified driver payout account after applicable deductions.
7. Conduct and safety
Drivers must operate vehicles responsibly, follow traffic laws, respect passengers and maintain appropriate vehicle condition. Serious complaints or safety incidents may result in review, suspension or removal.
